From single-room renovations to whole-home transformations, we handle the full scope in-house. Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and everything else that falls under construction — all under one roof, all working together from day one.
Typical project: 60–120 labor hours, 3–6 weeks on site.
We handle everything between demo and punch list: rough-in plumbing for sinks, dishwashers, and ice makers; electrical for undercabinet lighting, dedicated appliance circuits, and recessed lighting; cabinet installation; countertop coordination; backsplash tile; fixture install; paint.
Because all three trades live under our roof, your kitchen timeline doesn't depend on when the electrician can fit you in next week. We coordinate internally.
Typical project: 40–80 labor hours, 2–4 weeks.
Bathrooms are where waterproofing details matter. Poorly done, a shower leaks into the ceiling below two years after you move back in. We do waterproofing the right way — cement board, liquid membrane in wet areas, schluter systems where appropriate.
Specialty: aging-in-place modifications. Walk-in showers, ADA-height toilets, grab bars tied into blocking (not drywall anchors), step-free entries. If you're planning for parents moving in or staying in your home as you age, we've done this work.
Typical project: 100–200 labor hours, 4–8 weeks.
Family rooms, home offices, in-law suites, home theaters, gyms. Basement finishes often involve framing, electrical, plumbing (if a bathroom is involved), HVAC runs, drywall, flooring, and trim — we handle all of it in-house.
Critical for basements: moisture management, egress windows for legal bedrooms, and proper permit work. We don't cut corners on any of it.
Scope: Crown molding, coffered ceilings, built-ins, wainscoting, custom shelving, mantels, trim upgrades.
Our lead brother is a master carpenter. This is the work where we shine. Trim scribed to walls, joints fit tight, mitres invisible. Paint-grade or stain-grade — tell us what you want and we'll build it.
Available standalone (trim upgrade throughout your first floor) or as part of a larger remodel.
Whether it's upgrading a 100-amp panel to 200-amp for modern loads, adding circuits for a kitchen remodel, or installing recessed LED lighting throughout a home — we handle it in-house.
All work pulled with proper permits, inspected, and finished to code. No cutting corners that the next homeowner discovers during a home inspection.
From kitchen and bath rough-ins during renovations to standalone projects like water heater replacement or relocating supply lines for an island sink — we handle it all in-house.
We source quality fittings, pressure-test every connection, and don't call a job done until water flows the way it should.
That's fine. Most of our customers aren't either. Tell us what you're thinking about, we'll come out and walk through it with you.
