From single-room renovations to whole-home transformations, we handle the carpentry, framing, tile, finish, and outdoor scope in-house — and coordinate the licensed trades when your project needs them. Custom-quality work, top to bottom.
Typical project: 60–120 labor hours, 3–6 weeks on site.
Demo, framing changes, cabinet installation, countertop coordination, backsplash tile, flooring, paint, and finish trim — all handled by our crew. We coordinate the licensed plumber and electrician for sink rough-in, dishwasher hookup, and lighting circuits, so you only deal with one point of contact.
Because we manage the trades and own the carpentry side, your kitchen timeline doesn't depend on chasing five different schedules. One project manager, one master schedule.
Typical project: 40–80 labor hours, 2–4 weeks.
Bathrooms are where waterproofing and tile work make or break a job. Poorly done, a shower leaks into the ceiling below two years after you move back in. We do the waterproofing the right way — cement board, liquid membrane in wet areas, Schluter systems where appropriate — and we set tile that holds up.
Specialty: aging-in-place modifications. Walk-in showers, ADA-height toilets, grab bars tied into blocking (not drywall anchors), step-free entries. If you're planning for parents moving in or staying in your home as you age, we've done this work.
Typical project: 100–200 labor hours, 4–8 weeks.
Family rooms, home offices, in-law suites, home theaters, gyms. Basement finishes involve framing, drywall, flooring, trim, built-ins, and finish carpentry — all handled by our crew. We coordinate the licensed trades when a basement bath, HVAC run, or new circuit is part of the scope.
Critical for basements: moisture management, egress windows for legal bedrooms, and proper permit work. We don't cut corners on any of it.
Scope: Crown molding, coffered ceilings, built-ins, wainscoting, custom shelving, mantels, stair rebuilds, trim upgrades.
Our lead brother is a master carpenter. This is the work where we shine. Trim scribed to walls, joints fit tight, mitres invisible. Paint-grade or stain-grade — tell us what you want and we'll build it.
Available standalone (trim upgrade throughout your first floor) or as part of a larger remodel.
Scope: Bump-outs, dormers, garage conversions, structural framing for renovation projects. Framing-only jobs welcome.
Framing changes for kitchen and bath renovations, structural carpentry, sheathing, drywall, and finish trim — we handle the carpentry and structural side end to end. We coordinate engineering when a project calls for it, plus the licensed trades for plumbing and electrical.
For larger additions or full second-story work, we'll walk through the project with you case by case so we set the right expectations from day one.
Scope: Pressure-treated, composite, or cedar decks. Porches, pergolas, screened-in rooms, exterior stair rebuilds, railing upgrades. Full fence builds — wood, vinyl, chain-link.
Proper footings, code-compliant ledger attachment, hidden fasteners where you want them, picture-frame borders done right. We pull permits, build to code, and finish the details — fascia, skirting, stair stringers — so your deck looks like a piece of the house, not an afterthought.
Site work & machine operation: we run our own excavator, bobcat, and trailer — so we handle site prep, post holes, grading, demo with machinery, and material moves in-house. No hiring an excavator out, no waiting on someone else's schedule.
We also take on outdoor carpentry that shouldn't have been ignored — porch column rebuilds, exterior trim repair, exposed structural rot.
That's fine. Most of our customers aren't either. Tell us what you're thinking about, we'll come out and walk through it with you.
