Four brothers. One vision.

We grew up on job sites. Now we run one of our own — the way we always thought it should be run.

Why we started.

We grew up doing this work. Building, fixing, framing, finishing — it's what was around us our whole lives. By the time we were old enough to swing a hammer, we'd already been swinging one for years.

Starting our own business meant we could finally do it the way we always thought it should be done. Consistent quality, every job. Transparent with the customer about what we're doing and why. No shortcuts — even when nobody's looking. The kind of work that earned trust back when a handshake meant something.

And we wanted to build it as a family. Not a corporation — no suits, no sales scripts, no corporate nonsense. Four brothers, working alongside people we care about, taking pride in how we do this. Built around family values and morals, not margins. It's never been just about the money.

Meet the brothers.

Each brother runs his own lane — carpentry, framing, outdoor and machine work, and the systems side. Together we cover the full carpentry, framing, tile, finish, and outdoor scope of most renovation projects in-house, and coordinate licensed plumbing and electrical trades when the job calls for them.

Seth — Master Carpenter, Estimator & Wood Finisher

Master carpentry, custom millwork, finish trim, built-ins, and wood finishing. The one you want scribing trim to a 100-year-old plaster wall. Walks every job, builds every estimate, and signs off on the finished work.

Jason — Master Carpenter, Framer & Construction Lead

Master carpenter and the framing lead. Demo, framing, structural carpentry, drywall, and exterior work. Runs point on the construction side day-to-day — the bones of every project start with him.

Jesse — Outdoor, Fencing & Machine Operator

Decks, fences, outdoor builds, and the heavy-equipment side of the business. Excavator, bobcat, and trailer work — site prep, post holes, grading, demo, and material moves. If it needs a machine, it's his.

Micah — Systems, Finance & Technology

Behind the scenes — runs the systems, finances, and technology side of the business. Builds the dashboards, keeps the books straight, and makes sure the day-to-day operation runs as smoothly as the work on site.

The 4 Bros way.

01

We show up when we say.

On the start date. On the estimate appointment. On the change order walk-through. If we're running late, you'll hear from us before the clock hits the hour.

02

We bid what it costs.

No lowballing to win the job, then change-ordering you into your actual budget. Our estimates are detailed, itemized, and honest. When scope genuinely changes mid-job, we write it up and get your approval before we do the work.

03

We treat your home like our own.

Drop cloths every morning. Dust barriers where they make sense. Shoes off in finished spaces. We clean up at the end of every day, not just at the end of the job.

04

We stand behind the work.

We're not going anywhere. If something isn't right a month after we finish, we come back. This isn't a marketing promise — it's how we stay in business in a town where word travels fast.

Let's build something together.

We're taking on projects for this season and next. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have on your schedule.
